As the ‘Diamond Standard’ Analyzer available world wide we are constantly seeking ways to improve our Service, Technology & Training, so any suggestions to this end are always welcome.
We have developed Agency specific formatted questions for clients during our Training (an Anti Corruption Commission for instance) & now utilize the latest ‘noise suppression’ microphones that have made it even more easy to conduct ‘on scene’ Tests with far greater clarity.
We are soon to introduce a New World First Exclusive Development from our Programming & Research Sections & we will make that announcement in one of the Worlds Leading Law Enforcement Magazines around September
These are very exciting times for us & we know that the Excellent results our Certified Analysts have been obtaining in the various Agencies has encouraged neighbouring Agencies & Countries to acquire the FVSA © & train their personnel.
Our recent trips to India, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, USA for Training & Demonstrations has been hectic & we are back on the road for August & September for further meetings in the USA & Asia, while there, we will also be upgrading the
FVSA © s that are in current use. Naturally, there is No Fee for this, as it is part of our after sales service & free 4 year warranty programme.
We are also proud to announce that our Training Director has also been placed in charge of our ‘Research’ section making for a more professional coordinated approach with factual & unbiased results.
